Main Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain consistent support to the company’s clients via all the available channels (i.e.:&nbsp;telephone, virtual, on-site, and so forth).</li><li>Escalate customers’ inquiries and ensure that they have all been effectively resolved.</li><li>Support our customers in issues relevant to accounts, stock management, sales, purchases, etc.</li><li>Ensure a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarifications regarding their enquiries.</li><li>Support the customer team before and after the Go-Live and during the productive use of the SAP Business One software.</li><li>Train and educate the customer team in the use of SAP Business One.</li><li>Respond to any issue or question clients may have regarding the use of the software.</li><li>Stay up to date with the full range of SAP offerings, updates, and developments.</li><li>Deal with a wide range of companies, specializing in different sectors.</li></ul>The successful candidate will be attending the following SAP training curriculum:<ul><li>In-house training and introduction to SAP Business One.</li><li>Take Self-study online courses on the SAP Learning Hub.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>This is a multidiscipline position and degrees from Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Business related, and other disciplines are most welcome.</li><li>Previous experience in the use of SAP Business One or other similar ERP or Accounting applications will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>High level of Computer Literacy and proficiency in using all Microsoft Office Products.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English languages – both verbal and written.</li><li>Great communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and handle challenging situations.</li><li>Strong time management and prioritization skills.</li><li>Self-driven and flexible, can work autonomously with a proven work ethic</li><li>Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines</li></ul>
