Accounting / Bookkeeping

With immediate effect, we are looking for an&nbsp;Accountant&nbsp;to be based at our office in&nbsp;Limassol, Cyprus.&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepares the accounting / journal entries that need to be posted, in accordance with the predefined guidelines set by the customer</li><li>Handles accounting and bookkeeping requirements on behalf of a portfolio of customers</li><li>Consults with the Financial Services and Staff Payroll Head where required and addresses all customer queries and issues that may arise on a timely basis</li><li>Prepares all relevant reports as requested by the customer, ensuring that the quality and timing of the reports is in line with customer expectations (i.e., Trial balance, monthly, quarterly or annually profit and loss)</li><li>Maintains close collaboration and coordination with external auditors and other external business partners</li><li>Complies with control procedures and processes relating to the integrity and protection of customer’s related information</li><li>Contributes to a strong customer relationship through positive interactions with customer personnel</li><li>Performs any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time. &nbsp;</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Accounting or a related field</li><li>Holder of an LCCI or equivalent qualification will be a plus</li><li>1-2 years of experience in a similar role will be consider an advantage</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English.&nbsp;</li><li>Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.) .</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>13th salary &amp; Birthday bonus</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Employee discount card scheme</li><li>Attractive remuneration package</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Corporate events</li></ul>All CVs will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
