Job OverviewWe are hiring for a Senior Account Manager to join our NewCytech Team in Nicosia, Cyprus.&nbsp;The Account Manager will be managing and developing existing and new clients, responding to customer requirements, whilst achieving revenue and margin targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Promoting company’s products and services to customers.</li><li>Managing a portfolio of key accounts/ clients, maintaining and expanding relationships.</li><li>Developing new accounts/ clients.</li><li>Preparing and delivering an Account Planning.</li><li>Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and clients.</li><li>Arranging, attending and leading customer meetings.</li><li>Preparing proposals with the assistance of a Team and responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and day to day customer requests.</li><li>Achieving sales targets.</li><li>Running an end-to-end account management process.</li><li>Attending Sales meetings with the Sales Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Relevant University degree.</li><li>At least 5 Years of experience in Business Development or Sales in an IT integrator company building and promoting IT solutions.</li><li>Manage Sales vs Targets.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with great attention to detail.</li><li>A good working knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Successfully communicate with Senior Management and Vendors.</li><li>A self-driven and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate Sales and sustain yearly growth of business.</li><li>Fluency in English verbal and written.</li></ul>&nbsp;ReportingTo Sales Manager&nbsp;Equal Employment OpportunityLogicom is committed to provide equal employment opportunities for all regardless of their race, colour, sex/gender, religion, age, marital status, cultural background, disability, nationality and political opinion.
