As a modern and growing company, we combine fresh thinking with a client-focused approach to deliver reliable and forward-looking solutions.Role overviewAs an Accountant, you will support the day-to-day accounting and administrative needs of the firm. The role includes bookkeeping, reconciliations, support with VAT and audit-related work, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping entries and bank reconciliations</li><li>Assist with preparation of financial statements, reports, and audit working papers</li><li>Support VAT submissions and general financial compliance tasks</li><li>Handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and payment follow-ups</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation</li><li>Assist in audit processes and client file preparation</li><li>Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office</li><li>Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and external service providers</li><li>Perform general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling</li><li>Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient working environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Holder of LCCI certification</li><li>Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage</li><li>No previous experience required</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software is considered an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>BenefitsWe offer a competitive and attractive benefits package.
