DTA Group seeks for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer &amp; Webmaster to support the visual promotion of our real estate projects while ensuring our website runs smoothly, securely, and effectively.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create marketing materials (billboards, presentations, brochures)</li><li>Design visuals for social media, website, and digital campaigns</li><li>Maintain and apply company branding across all materials</li><li>Improve project visuals (floor plans, maps, infographics)</li><li>Enhance 3D renderings and prepare files for print</li><li>Update and maintain website content</li><li>Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality</li><li>Identify and resolve errors, bugs, and technical issues</li><li>Manage hosting, domains, and website infrastructure</li><li>Support basic SEO improvements and analytics tracking</li><li>Ensure website security and regular maintenance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail</li><li>Experience in marketing, branding, or digital design</li><li>Proficiency in modern design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)</li><li>Experience with AI design tools (e.g., image enhancement, generative tools)</li><li>Basic knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and hosting</li><li>Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Creative mindset with good communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work on high-end real estate and development projects</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>&nbsp;
