Our Group is a well-established and growing manufacturing organization with operations across multiple companies. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team and support the continued growth of the Group.This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional seeking to broaden their experience within a dynamic and expanding business environment.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.</li><li>Monitor financial performance and assist in the analysis of variances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Support the preparation of audit files and liaise with external auditors.</li><li>Assist with VAT, tax, and other statutory reporting obligations.</li><li>Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of financial controls and processes.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>ACCA/ACA/ CPA qualified.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing or multi-company environment will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Working Hours Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM&nbsp;
