Lifestyle and Well-Being Management<ul><li>Organization and coordination of exclusive activities, including private events, travel, wellness programs, and concierge services.</li><li>Acting as the primary point of contact for luxury service providers, personal stylists, wellness consultants, and premium brands.</li><li>Managing the family’s memberships in private clubs, concierge programs, and VIP services, ensuring timely renewals and access to exclusive privileges.</li></ul>2. Health and Wellness Programs<ul><li>Coordination of medical services, including access to top clinics, personal physicians, and preventive medicine specialists.</li><li>Organization of personalized healthy-lifestyle programs, including nutrition, fitness, mental health, and restorative practices.</li><li>Managing access to premium wellness centers, spa treatments, and exclusive retreats.</li><li>Liaising with personal trainers, nutritionists, and health experts to develop individualized programs.</li></ul>3. Household and Property Management<ul><li>Overseeing daily operations across multiple residences, ensuring a high level of service and efficient household management.</li><li>Managing staff, contractors, and service providers to maintain the highest standards of quality of life.</li><li>Organizing procurement and maintaining inventories of luxury goods, household essentials, and personal preferences.</li></ul>4. Travel and Hospitality Coordination<ul><li>Planning and coordinating customized travel, including private aviation, yacht charters, and five-star accommodations.</li><li>Managing all aspects of travel logistics, from visa arrangements to local assistance on-site.</li><li>Maintaining detailed records of family travel preferences and ensuring flawless execution of itineraries.</li></ul>5. Event Planning and Social Coordination<ul><li>Planning and hosting high-level events, private celebrations, and social gatherings according to the family’s wishes.</li><li>Liaising with leading event planners, catering companies, and entertainment industry professionals to create unique experiences.</li><li>Managing guest lists, invitations, and protocols for family events.</li></ul>7. Financial Oversight and Budget Support<ul><li>Managing the household budget and expenses, ensuring financial transparency and cost efficiency.</li><li>Collaborating closely with financial advisors and accountants regarding lifestyle-related expenditures.</li><li>Monitoring the servicing of luxury assets, insurance policies, and acquisition of valuable items.</li></ul>8.
