<img alt="">VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Ivi Mare in Paphos as the Service Manager and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the service team, provide guidance, training, and support to maintain exceptional service standards.</li><li>Oversee the restaurants and the bars operation, ensuring impeccable service delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards throughout F&amp;B outlets.</li><li>Resolve any issues or complaints that guests may have, as well as any issues that arise within the department.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure that guests have a seamless experience.</li><li>Report to the hotel management on departmental performance and guest feedback.</li><li>Comply with all company-related service standards and operating procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent command of the English language.
