As a subsidiary of Total Specific Solutions (TSS), Dot.Cy combines international scale with deep industry expertise. &nbsp;About the Role: We are looking for a Systems administrator to join our team and play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of robust IT systems and infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and support teams, to deploy and support solutions that underpin our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. As part of a dynamic and growing team, you will contribute to infrastructure planning, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting business-critical systems used across multiple regions.&nbsp; &nbsp;Key Responsibilities: •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work collaboratively as part of the IT team, contributing to shared objectives, supporting colleagues, and participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of all technology systems and services. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, networking, and virtualisation platforms. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement, monitor, and improve cybersecurity controls, including vulnerability management, patch management, endpoint protection, and security incident response. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure business continuity through the management of backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and regular recovery testing in line with ISO 27001 requirements. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain and support core infrastructure services including networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VoIP systems, authentication services, and identity management platforms. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage relationships with technology vendors, software suppliers, and service providers, including procurement, licensing, renewals, and contract management. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in internal and client-facing projects, providing technical expertise, implementation support, and troubleshooting assistance. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit obligations. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business productivity, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues while promoting best practices across the organisation. &nbsp;Requirements: &nbsp;Academic Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.</li><li>Professional Requirements/Technical Skills</li><li>Experience administering and supporting Dynamics 365 environments and related Microsoft business applications will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Experience working within ISO 27001 or similar information security frameworks will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of Linux administration and support will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Manage relationships with technology vendors, software suppliers, and service providers, including procurement, licensing, renewals, and contract management.</li><li>Participate in internal and client-facing projects, providing technical expertise, implementation support, and troubleshooting assistance.</li><li>Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit obligations.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business productivity, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues while promoting best practices across the organisation.</li><li>Adaptable and flexible mindset, capable of responding effectively to changing business and technical requirements.</li><li>Willingness to support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute positively to a collaborative working environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with vendor relationships and 3rd party development teams</li><li>Keen to learn new technologies.</li><li>Good command of the Greek and English language in verbal and written form. &nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer: -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A collaborative and supportive team culture that values initiative, innovation, and professional growth. -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Onboarding training, to ensure smoot transition into the role. -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive compensation package. -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provident Fund -&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexible working arrangements, with options for hybrid work and flexible schedule to support work–life balance. &nbsp;
