The successful candidate will work alongside experienced engineers, assisting with the deployment, support, and maintenance of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud environments while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies and best practices.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be a member of the Infrastructure Services Team, working under the supervision of the Team Leader.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for customer environments, addressing and processing daily support calls, resolving problems, and delivering solutions.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist with the administration and support of:◦&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft 365 &amp; Exchange Online◦&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft Entra ID &amp; Active Directory◦&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Windows Server &amp; Windows 10/11◦&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft Teams &amp; SharePoint Online◦&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft Intune &amp; Endpoint Management•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor customer systems and respond to alerts and incidents.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot user and workstation issues; assist with infrastructure-related incidents.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in the deployment and migration of Microsoft cloud and infrastructure solutions.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Improve and fine-tune existing environments to strengthen performance, reliability, and security.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform routine system maintenance and health checks.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pursue continuous training and development toward Microsoft certifications.&nbsp;Required Technical SkillsMicrosoft Technologies•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 administration•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 0–2 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recent graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and customer service skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
