Applicants can expect a professional environment focused on excellence, innovation, and long-term client relationships.&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Strong technical skills in networking, servers, operating systems, and cloud or hybrid environments, with the ability to design and support resilient IT infrastructures.</li><li>Experience in IT operations management, including system monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, and change management processes.</li><li>Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and tools, including access control, endpoint protection, patch management, and data protection best practices.</li><li>Vendor and service provider management experience, including evaluation, negotiation, and performance oversight of IT contracts and solutions.</li><li>Proven people leadership skills, with experience mentoring IT staff, coordinating workloads, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating business needs into practical technology solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and support users at all levels.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, security-related) are an asset.</li><li>Experience in managed print services</li><li>Knowledge of digital printing equipment and workflows</li><li>Good knowledge of print management software (e.g. Fiery, RIP)</li><li>Basic understanding of graphic design and prepress processes</li><li>Strong technical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Team-oriented with excellent communication skills</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and monitor digital printing equipment at existing and new customer sites</li><li>Configure print settings according to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Perform quality control checks on printed output</li><li>Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment</li><li>Collaborate with customers' creative and production teams</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues</li><li>Adhere to company safety and quality procedures</li></ul>
