About FinaltoFinalto is a global liquidity and technology provider delivering advanced trading solutions, liquidity access, and risk management tools to institutional clients including corporates, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms.&nbsp;About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially driven International BDM to support institutional growth across the UK &amp; EU region.The core objective of this role is to contribute directly to sustainable revenue growth through institutional client acquisition, portfolio development, and long-term partnership support. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects, converting opportunities into active relationships, and supporting client retention by ensuring a high standard of engagement throughout the lifecycle.This role requires a proactive approach to market outreach, disciplined pipeline management, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience from origination through onboarding and ongoing account support.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and engage institutional prospects through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.</li><li>Drive new business opportunities that contribute to incremental revenue growth and portfolio expansion.</li><li>Support the development of high-quality client relationships aligned with long-term commercial value.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Onboarding, Compliance, Trading, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth client activation and operational efficiency.</li><li>Maintain consistent communication with clients to strengthen retention and encourage ongoing trading activity.</li><li>Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for cross-sell and strategic expansion.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and clear pipeline visibility to support forecasting and performance tracking.</li><li>Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to inform business development planning and regional growth initiatives.</li><li>Represent the firm professionally in client meetings, industry events, and external engagements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>4–6 years of experience in institutional sales, financial services outreach, or business development.</li><li>Strong understanding of institutional client needs within financial markets.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to originate business, nurture relationships, and support recurring revenue growth.</li><li>Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline and account management.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on long-term partnership development.</li></ul>This role is suited to a motivated sales professional who is focused on generating meaningful institutional relationships, contributing to commercial growth, and supporting a strong, value-driven client portfolio across the UK &amp; EU region.&nbsp;BenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscretionary annual bonusHybrid working – Monday to Wednesday on the office21 days annual leave + public holidaysProvident fundMedical insurance scheme&nbsp;Interested applicants are kindly requested to send their CV to <a href="mailto:kalomoira.papadaki@finalto.com">kalomoira.papadaki@finalto.com</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
