On behalf of our client, a reputable&nbsp;international Healthcare organization&nbsp;operating within a highly specialized and regulated environment, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven&nbsp;Commercial &amp; Operations Director&nbsp;to lead its Cyprus operations. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the organization's commercial performance, operational excellence, financial results, and long-term growth strategy. &nbsp;Commercial &amp; Operations Director–&nbsp;Healthcare Services -&nbsp;​Ref. (6246/COD/ESS/CY) Location:&nbsp;Nicosia, Cyprus The Role: Reporting directly to international leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business while ensuring the highest standards of patient experience, compliance, and service delivery. The position requires a leader who can successfully balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, combining strong commercial acumen with operational discipline in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Commercial &amp; Operations Director will be responsible for:<ul><li>Driving commercial performance and sustainable business growth.</li><li>Leading day-to-day operations and ensuring organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Building, developing, and motivating a high-performing team.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, ethical, and quality standards.</li><li>Aligning commercial objectives with operational excellence and patient-centred service delivery.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities: Leadership &amp; Business Management<ul><li>Provide overall leadership and direction for the organization.</li><li>Lead, develop, and motivate a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Act as the primary local representative of the business with key stakeholders and partners.</li><li>Translate strategic objectives into effective local execution.</li></ul>Commercial Growth &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sustainable growth.</li><li>Expand local and international referral networks and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market development initiatives.</li><li>Support international patient acquisition and market expansion efforts.</li><li>Ensure commercial initiatives are operationally feasible and aligned with service capabilities.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and capacity management.</li><li>Ensure exceptional service delivery and patient experience standards.</li><li>Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.</li><li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators across the business.</li></ul>Financial Management<ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.</li><li>Monitor business performance against financial targets.</li><li>Drive revenue growth, profitability, and margin improvement.</li><li>Identify cost optimization opportunities while safeguarding service quality.</li><li>Ensure effective allocation of resources to support business objectives.</li></ul>Service Development &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Support the development and enhancement of service offerings and customer journeys.</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation and business improvement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with professional and clinical stakeholders to implement new initiatives.</li><li>Ensure sustainable and compliant implementation of new services and operational improvements.</li></ul>Governance, Compliance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and industry requirements.</li><li>Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and reputational risks.</li><li>Promote ethical decision-making and professional integrity across the organization.</li><li>Maintain high standards of governance, quality assurance, and operational controls.</li></ul>Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of commercial leadership, operational management expertise, and strategic business acumen.
