VACANCY NOTICE&nbsp;Business Processes Analyst&nbsp;CTC-ARI Airports Ltd, part of the ARI group, the Company managing the Travel Retail &amp; Duty-Free shop operations at both Larnaka and Pafos International Airports, invites applications for the recruitment of a Business Processes Analyst, based at Larnaka International Airport.&nbsp;&nbsp;RoleDocumentation, analysis and optimization of the organization’s business and operational processes. As a member of the MIS &amp; Processes Team, the Analyst focuses on understanding existing workflows, uncovering inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process Mapping and Documentation-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understand, document and map current business processes, including inputs, outputs, dependencies and key activities-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop clear process flow diagrams and visual presentations to illustrate workflows and highlight opportunities for improvement-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and maintain a centralised knowledge base containing all the key business processes across the organisation-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participate in the design, modification and introduction of new or updated business processes·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Data Collection and AnalysisCollect and analyse process performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, quantify improvements, and track progress over time.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recommendations and Solutions-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide actionable recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance productivity based on analysis and industry’s best practices.-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact and effectiveness.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; GDPR and Risk Register-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the maintenance of GDPR compliance and contribute to the ongoing management and updating of the organization’s Risk Register.&nbsp;Person Specification – Requirements of the Role·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University degree in Business-related subjects, Operations Management or a relevant field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Two (2) years of experience in a similar role·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational objectives and priorities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Master’s degree and/or knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI) will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive process improvements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration, in Greek and English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong written reporting and presentation delivery skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Willingness to learn, adapt and grow with the role
