Sales Assistant 📍 Kiabi Store – The Mall of Cyprus&nbsp;&nbsp;Hudson Group is an international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear sectors. Established in 1978 in the North of France, KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family, a concept which had never been seen before.As a symbol of simplicity, universality and joy of living, KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.&nbsp;The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deliver a personalised and high-quality customer experience, supporting all aspects of the sales journey.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and payments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain store standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, organised, and visually appealing.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Replenish stock and support inventory accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.&nbsp;Core competencies, knowledge, and experience·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be able to communicate fluently in English·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good organisational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be customer focused·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts&nbsp;We offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package, including:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th salary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bi-monthly performance-based bonus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident fund participation following successful completion of a 6-month probation period&nbsp;Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to hr-cy@hudsonplc.com , quoting the job title inthe subject line.
