Golf Operations Assistant – Elea Estate GolfJob Type: Full-Time, 12 months work warranty&nbsp;We seek to recruit an experienced full time employee for the Golf Operations department at Elea Estate Golf in Paphos.Job Description and Key Responsibilities:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf.</li><li>Work co-operatively and collaboratively with other team members, sharing and co-ordinating work tasks, contributing jointly to the overall effectiveness and success of the team</li><li>Assist with members/players bags in storage, including taking bag out ready for golfers and cleaning and storage of bag at completion of golfers play.</li><li>Assist with the day-to-day operation of the practice facilities, ensuring range ball supply is maintained, tees are in place, buggies are cleaned and appropriately prepared and equipped.</li><li>Ensure all operational areas are presented in a tidy and clean manner.</li><li>Provide assistance in other departments and areas of the Club when and as required.</li><li>Assist with all golf course directives, rules and regulations, including enforcement of golf regulations, pace of play, local rules.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in any other tasks or administrative duties as required and instructed by the Golf Operations Manager.</li><li>Attend Staff Meetings as requested.</li><li>Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.</li><li>Be available to members/players to assist with various needs or questions, maintaining the reputation of the golf staff as friendly, knowledgeable and professional.</li><li>To ensure highest levels of members’ and guests’ satisfaction&nbsp;</li></ul>Job details and requirements, Qualification and Skills Minimum Qualifications:<ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Previous work experience in similar position will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge of English language.
