Our Firm:MKS Audit &amp; Consulting Ltd is an expanding audit and advisory firm in Larnaca, certified as a&nbsp; Great Place to Work and awarded as a Best Workplace for Women!We are seeking to recruit a highly ambitious and motivated individual to assist in the set up and development of the internal tax department of the firm.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Establish and maintain control procedures for the tax advisory department.</li><li>Preparation of transfer pricing studies, Intellectual Property rulings, advising on exchange of information matters, tax planning strategies, tax rulings, tax reorganizations and restructurings,</li><li>Review corporate tax calculations for more complex companies, oversee the tax residency and non-domicile issuance certificates, review provisional taxes, DDD allocation, IR7 preparation and review the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.</li><li>Meeting and liaising with clients and the Tax authorities for any tax matters.</li><li>Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicates the effects of these developments to management and share/develop strategies to capitalize on such tax developments.</li><li>Coordinate with executive management on business development strategies.</li><li>Monitor/Develop the overall financial and qualitative performance of the department and its staff.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>ACA / ACCA /member</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Tax Services/Advisory</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages.</li><li>High ethical standards</li><li>Strong organizational, management and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Flexible hours and hybrid working</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>21 days annual leave</li><li>Friday afternoon off</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Wedding &amp; New Baby gifts</li><li>On-going trainings</li><li>Exposure to a broad portfolio of local and international clients</li><li>Friendly, professional and supportive working environment</li></ul>
