ResponsibilitiesLicensing &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Managing the full lifecycle of gambling license applications across multiple jurisdictions (Curaçao, Anjouan, Tobique, etc.);</li><li>Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring timely adaptation of client compliance frameworks;</li><li>Liaising with licensing authorities and regulators.</li></ul>Client Legal Support<ul><li>Providing legal support to clients throughout the licensing process and ongoing operational activities;</li><li>Reviewing and advising on client business structures to meet regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Management<ul><li>Building, managing, and mentoring a team of lawyers;</li><li>Setting team KPIs, managing workload distribution, and ensuring quality of legal deliverables.</li></ul>Corporate Support<ul><li>Corporate structuring (holding structures, etc.);</li><li>Supporting M&amp;A transactions, partnerships, and B2B agreements.</li></ul>AML<ul><li>Ensuring AML policies comply with local regulations.</li></ul>Risk Management &amp; Legal Strategy<ul><li>Identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks;</li><li>Developing strategic legal roadmaps aligned with business expansion into new markets;</li><li>Preparing legal opinions and risk assessments on new jurisdictions.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation and Qualifications: Higher legal educationProfessional Experience<ul><li>3-5 years of experience in iGaming and licensing</li><li>Experience in managing a legal team</li><li>Practical experience in obtaining and maintaining gambling licenses</li><li>Experience working with international iGaming operators</li></ul>Specialized Knowledge<ul><li>Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in major gambling jurisdictions</li><li>Understanding of responsible gambling principles and regulatory requirements</li><li>Experience with corporate law and international tax planning</li></ul>Management Skills<ul><li>Experience in building and scaling legal teams</li><li>Strategic planning and project management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a rapidly changing regulatory environment</li></ul>Language Requirements<ul><li>English language – mandatory</li><li>Russian language – mandatory</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong communication skills for interaction with regulators and clients</li><li>Commercial mindset and understanding of business needs</li></ul>Additional Advantages<ul><li>Experience working with licenses</li><li>Knowledge of iGaming regulatory specifics</li></ul>We offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Convenient location in Limassol</li><li>On-site meals provided (breakfast and lunch)</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li></ul>
