T-YI GLOBAL Ltd is looking to recruit an IT Systems Administrator on a part-time basis to support the company’s IT systems, users, cybersecurity controls, documentation, and operational resilience requirements.The company is also considering full-time applicants under a separate posting, depending on experience, availability, and operational fit.The PositionThe successful candidate will work closely with Management and/or any appointed Head of IT and will assist with the administration, maintenance, and support of the company’s IT environment, depending on agreed working hours and company priorities.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will support and assist with:<ul><li>Providing technical support to company users and assisting with IT-related issues.</li><li>Maintaining and supporting workstations, Microsoft 365, email, printers, software, user accounts, and access rights.</li><li>Assisting with network equipment, internet connectivity, firewalls, VPN access, endpoint security, and related IT infrastructure.</li><li>Performing system checks, updates, patching, backups, and routine maintenance.</li><li>Supporting cybersecurity controls, including access management, secure configuration, endpoint protection, and monitoring.</li><li>Maintaining IT records, asset lists, access rights records, technical documentation, and support logs.</li><li>Assisting with backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response arrangements.</li><li>Liaising with external IT providers and software vendors where required.</li><li>Supporting the company with IT-related internal procedures, controls, and evidence required in a regulated financial services environment.</li><li>Assisting with DORA-related ICT documentation and operational resilience controls where applicable.</li></ul>RequirementsThe successful candidate should have:<ul><li>Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration, or a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, user administration, hardware, software, and networking.</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity, backups, access rights, and secure IT operations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage tasks responsibly within agreed timelines.</li><li>Good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li></ul>AdvantagesThe following will be considered an advantage:<ul><li>Experience in financial services, fintech, forex, investment firms, banking, or another regulated environment.</li><li>Any knowledge or experience with DORA, ICT risk management, cybersecurity, business continuity, or operational resilience.</li><li>Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, cybersecurity, networking, or systems administration certifications.</li><li>Experience with firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, backups, monitoring tools, virtualization, or IT documentation.</li></ul>BenefitsA competitive part-time remuneration package will be offered according to experience, qualifications, and agreed working hours.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.T-YI GLOBAL Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
