In this role, you will be the face of our resort, providing warm hospitality and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and coordinating guest services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.⁃&nbsp; &nbsp; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manners.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Escort guests to their accommodation property and explain all the essential information about the property⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle guest inquiries via email, phone, and in person, delivering prompt and professional assistance.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain and manage guest reservations, including updating records, processing payments, and handling tour operator bills.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform general administration tasks and ensure guest records are up-to-date.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp; Work collaboratively with the Guest Relations team and other departments to ensure seamless service.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with special guest requests, such as arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, or excursions.⁃&nbsp;Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when necessary.&nbsp;Requirements and Qualifications:&nbsp;⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service position.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication skills.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in MS Office applications.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Fluent in English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp; Must hold a valid driver’s license.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;EU citizenship or valid EU work permit required.&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive compensation package which includes 13 salaries.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Permanent, year-round employment.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5-day workweek.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible 8.5-hour shifts scheduled including a mix of early, mid, and late shifts.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp; Complimentary lunch⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provident Fund.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Medical Fund.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Opportunities for career development and growth within the company.⁃&nbsp;&nbsp;Discounts for all outlets/restaurants and accommodation on Resort.&nbsp;
