Department: Graphic Design DepartmentReports to: Head of Design&nbsp;Job Type: Full-time Permanent Position / HybridLocation: Larnaca&nbsp;About the RoleInvestotech is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Web &amp; Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our brand across websites, digital platforms, product interfaces, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.&nbsp;Working closely with Development, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business teams, you will create engaging digital experiences and creative assets that support brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth.&nbsp;The successful candidate will combine strong creative vision with strategic thinking and technical expertise, taking ownership of design projects and helping shape the visual identity of a modern fintech technology company.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the design and execution of high-quality creative assets that support marketing, branding, product, and business objectives.</li><li>Contribute to the design and enhancement of platform interfaces, dashboards, user journeys, and product-related visual experiences.</li><li>Create engaging and conversion-focused designs for:<ul><li>Websites and landing pages</li><li>Product and platform interfaces</li><li>Social media campaigns and digital advertising</li><li>Email templates and email marketing campaigns</li><li>Presentations and sales materials</li><li>Editorial-style PDF documents, reports, whitepapers, guides, case studies, and other branded publications</li></ul></li><li>Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business teams to support campaigns, product launches, events, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Translate complex fintech products, technology services, and business solutions into clear and visually engaging communications.</li><li>Apply UX/UI and conversion-focused design principles to improve user engagement and lead generation.</li><li>Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and creative standards.</li><li>Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.</li><li>Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen Investotech's visual identity and user experience.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, UI Design, or a related creative role.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across web design, branding, digital marketing, and user interface design.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Figma</li><li>Proven experience creating websites and landing pages (UI designs and digital interfaces, Social media content and digital advertising creatives, Email marketing templates, Corporate presentations, Editorial and print-ready PDF publications).</li><li>Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.</li><li>Good understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and user-centred design methodologies.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working within fintech, financial services, payments, banking, investment, SaaS, or technology industries.</li><li>Experience working within an in-house marketing team or a fast-paced commercial environment.</li><li>Motion design and animation experience, including creating motion graphics, animated content, and short-form videos for digital marketing, social media, websites, and presentations.</li><li>Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion design software.</li><li>Experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows, content creation, ideation, productivity, and creative innovation.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Gross monthly salary: €30,000 – €36,000 depending on qualifications, experience and portfolio.</li><li>Annual performance and salary review</li><li>Hybrid Model of Work</li><li>Scaled Annual Leave Scheme and Birthday Leave</li><li>Complimentary Lunch every Tuesday and Friday</li><li>Professional development and learning opportunities</li><li>Team-building activities and company events</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple business units.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive and people-focused culture that supports both professional growth and work-life balance.</li></ul>Our recruitment process consists of:<ul><li>CV and portfolio review</li><li>First interview</li><li>Final interview</li><li>Employment offer</li></ul>Investotech is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
