VACANCYLouis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels &amp; resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join one of our hotels in Greece as the Executive Chef and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.Executive ChefMain Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure that the culinary needs of guests are exceeded resulting in a positive dining experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee the entire kitchen department operation, including hiring, training, and supervising employees.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead, mentor, and motivate the culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that the overall guest experience is seamless and enjoyable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Comply with all company-related kitchen standards and operating procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure that all kitchen employees adhere strictly to the food preparation and safety &nbsp;regulations.&nbsp;Job Requirements:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Graduate from a culinary arts school.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A minimum of three years’ experience in a kitchen leadership position.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent culinary knowledge, including food preparation, menu planning, recipe development, and presentation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the Greek and English language.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exceptional communication and leadership skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as to anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.&nbsp;Applications:&nbsp;Interested applicants are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address <a href="mailto:vacancies@louishotels.com">vacancies@louishotels.com</a>&nbsp; mentioning the title of desired position, no later than July 11th 2026.&nbsp;***All applications will be treated in strict confidence***
