Coordinate shipments with courier partners and resolve delivery issues promptly.</li><li>Returns Management:&nbsp;Oversee product returns and condition assessments per company procedures.</li><li>Goods Receiving &amp; Stock Control:&nbsp;Manage goods receiving, labelling, and placement. Conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.</li><li>Internal Stock Transfers:&nbsp;Coordinate stock movements between stores, ensuring all transfers are documented and recorded.</li><li>Warehouse Organisation &amp; Safety:&nbsp;Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse. Monitor supplies and equipment; report maintenance needs and hazards promptly.</li><li>Fleet Oversight:&nbsp;Ensure company vehicles are used responsibly, kept clean, and serviced on schedule.</li><li>Team Leadership:&nbsp;Supervise and support warehouse staff daily. Set priorities, monitor performance, and work alongside the team during peak periods.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience in warehouse management, stock control, or a similar operational role.</li><li>Strong background in picking, packing, dispatching, and stock movement.</li><li>Experience with ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse documentation.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential.</li><li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a natural leader.</li><li>Reliable, hands-on, and accountable.</li></ul>Employment Terms &amp; Benefits<ul><li>13th Salary:&nbsp;Paid every December.</li><li>Annual Leave:&nbsp;20 working days, including the company-wide 2-week August shutdown.</li></ul>Why Join Us?A stable, long-term role in a well-established and growing company, with real ownership of warehouse operations and career development potential.&nbsp;
