Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist showroom visitors.</li><li>Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ceramic tile products.</li><li>Prepare quotations and sales orders.</li><li>Follow up on customer inquiries and pending quotations.</li><li>Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding product availability and deliveries.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Job Requirements • Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written. • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude and appearance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
