About the RoleAs part of our Design Department, you will play a key role in the development and execution of mechanical engineering studies for a wide range of building services projects.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to design and engineering activities within the Design Department.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare detailed mechanical studies and calculations using industry-standard software.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality MEP solutions.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and project requirements.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Requirements•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in MEP design or installation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working knowledge of REVIT MEP.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with H2X or equivalent building services software (e.g., Hevacomp, Ti-Soft, or WILLMS).•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in spoken and written English.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
