Propose and execute below the line initiative that creates user generated content. &nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Creates, optimizes, and delivers PR materials and engaging activations for media channels and audiences to promote company brand, products, services, CSR initiatives, sponsorship assets and corporate issues</li><li>Supports the relationship management with the ambassadors of each team, and contributes to the identification of their PR needs for the promotion of Allwyn’s brand, products and services, etc.</li><li>Handles the execution of PR &amp; below the line events and initiatives according to plan, budget and requirements, coordinating and managing the necessary internal or external resources</li><li>Contributes to the development of PR strategy &amp; below the line initiatives</li><li>Supports the creation of the public relations plan for the promotion of the brand, products and services</li><li>Liaises and cooperates with all internal and external stakeholders to execute actions for the promotion of Allwyn’s brand, its products, services and CSR initiatives, based on the company’s customer segmentation</li><li>Cooperates with internal stakeholders and respective teams for submission files to the regulator (3MC / NBA) enabling compliance of PR material with the regulatory framework</li><li>Participates in the identification of the most suitable vendors and collaborates with them for the execution of the PR / BELOW THE LINE initiatives</li><li>Evaluates the effectiveness of the PR / Below the line initiatives/campaigns (metrics, performance), develops and communicates the required reports</li><li>Monitors the competition and latest market trends, identifying and proposing opportunities for promotion of Allwyn and its products, services and proposes relevant actions</li><li>Develops and updates an agenda that promotes extrovert culture (participation in sector awards, conferences, arts / cultural / lifestyle events etc.)</li><li>Handles the selection procedure (tenders) and billing of vendors and cooperates with the procurement/accounting teams</li><li>Handles the photographic coverage of corporate activities, as requested from management and communication teams</li><li>Responsible for creating and producing video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns and events, while being skillful in filming, editing and post-production processes, and ensuring that the final product meets the company’s standards</li><li>Creates and updates the team’s database (archive, contact lists etc.)</li><li>Develops relations and proposes partnerships with online communities and online ambassadors for the promotion of the company’s online products</li><li>Identifies online trends and insights, and optimize activations based on the insights</li><li>Responds to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs that are not specifically or previously described and are related to the content of current job and the personal skills and capabilities</li></ul>Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:<ul><li>BSc degree in Communication, Media, Marketing or any other relevant field</li><li>6+ years hands-on experience in Public Relations, Marketing or Communication</li><li>Very good knowledge in the design and delivery of PR</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong achievement and results oriented mentality</li><li>Problem solving skills, attention to detail, impact and persuasion</li><li>Fluent in Greek, English</li><li>Excellent MS Office knowledge</li></ul>Location:The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus. &nbsp;Remuneration:&nbsp;Annual Gross Salary based on qualifications and experience: €40K – €45K plus other benefits &nbsp;TO APPLY CLICK <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://app.ismartrecruit.com/jobDescription?x=E7pcmVkaHJzb2x1dGlvbnMubmV0XzkzNl9QUk9NT1RFVVJMX2VuQ9e">HERE</a>&nbsp;Apply now in strict confidenceOnly successful candidates will be contacted. &nbsp;
