On behalf of our client,&nbsp;a leading International Group of Companies in the Oil and Gas sector, we are seeking a driven and ambitious&nbsp;Sales Engineer&nbsp;to join their expanding team based at&nbsp;their headquarters in&nbsp;Nicosia, Cyprus. Sales Engineer – Ref. (6240/SE/ESS/CY) Key Responsibilities: This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong engineering background and a passion for business development, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.<ul><li>Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners within your territory.</li><li>Maximize the commercial potential of each site in your assigned area.</li><li>Develop individual site targets and comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each location.</li><li>Manage the territory budget effectively, ensuring maximum revenue generation from all designated sites.</li><li>Ensure consistent implementation of high standards in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) across all sites by:</li><li>Demonstrating a strong commitment to HSSE policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensuring full compliance with safety, petroleum, environmental, food hygiene, and trading standards and regulations.</li><li>Clearly communicating HSSE responsibilities to retail outlet dealers and staff, ensuring their proper implementation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other related Engineering disciplines.</li><li>3–5 years of professional experience in sales or a technical/engineering role.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.</li><li>Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Strong team collaboration and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17815936962440037257BOc?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
