POSITION SUMMARY:The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing service assistance in an assigned area to ensure the highest level &nbsp;of food and beverage service and guest relations in accordance with City of Dreams Mediterranean &nbsp;vision, values and objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Works in an assigned Outlet, ensuring all F&amp;B Standard Operating Procedures are followed </li><li>Assists in cashier, bartender, host or steward tasks if requested by the Outlet Supervisor </li><li>Anticipates guests need and strives to exceed their expectations by following guidelines given by &nbsp;Management</li><li>Recognizes regular customers, welcomes, smiles and maintains visual contact with every guest </li><li>Ensures that all products and services are delivered accurately and in a timely manner </li><li>Performs tasks to ensure readiness of the Outlet &nbsp;</li><li>Follows opening and closing procedures, by keeping the outlet clean and organized both at the &nbsp;front as well as the heart of the house</li><li>Prepares working stations and ensures all equipment is organized, clean and in well condition&nbsp; </li><li>Exhibits a thorough understanding of all related services and products and the ability to &nbsp;recommend and upsell alternatives when appropriate</li><li>Holds a thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel layout in order to ensure that guest queries &nbsp;can be answered or referred promptly</li><li>Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming</li><li>Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required</li><li>Adheres to all Company policies and procedures</li><li>Reports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisors</li><li>Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to &nbsp;business requirements</li></ul>&nbsp;KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:<ul><li>Positive Customer feedback</li><li>Good knowledge of products and services</li><li>Continuous progress of Technical skills</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS: Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role in the Hotel Industry</li></ul>Education &nbsp;<ul><li>High School diploma</li><li>Qualifications related to the Hospitality Industry is an advantage</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Possesses strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent command of English, Greek and other languages highly regarded</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul> &nbsp;PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:<ul><li>Achieves agreed objectives and accepts accountability for results</li><li>Displays a high commitment to delivering results</li><li>Communicates effectively</li><li>Displays the highest level of integrity</li><li>Ability to maintain discretion</li><li>Self-motivated</li><li>Approachable</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@melco-resorts.com.cy">careers@melco-resorts.com.cy</a>
