Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Wash, clean, dry, and fold numerous hotel linen and laundry items</li><li>Sort the laundry items according to material and colour</li><li>Arrange clothes in the laundry room as per the specifications</li><li>Wrap the laundry items for pickup or delivery</li><li>Tracking which items belong to whom.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in the laundry room</li><li>Anticipating and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Requirements:<ul><li>&nbsp;Prior experience as a Laundry Attendant or a similar position in the Hospitality industry will be &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;considered as an advantage</li><li>Well versed in using laundry equipment and maintaining the types of equipment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>5 working days per week from Monday to Sunday</li><li>13th salary &amp; Provident Fund</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Easter bonus</li></ul>&nbsp;Behavioural characteristics:<ul><li>Good time management skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>&nbsp;
