Our FirmSavvas Kasparis Audit Firm is an established provider of Accounting, Tax &amp; Audit Services with offices in Nicosia and Larnaca.&nbsp;We are seeking to recruit a motivated individual who has commenced ACA / ACCA qualification, to join our dynamic and friendly audit team at our Nicosia office.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execution and successful finalisation of statutory audits of local clients;</li><li>Preparation of&nbsp;audited financial statements;</li><li>Performance of KYC procedures;</li><li>Handling of tax compliance matters for clients (preparation of annual tax returns, tax computations etc);</li><li>Work closely and report to the Audit Manager on daily tasks, status and client issues;</li><li>Communication with clients to obtain information and resolve queries on a timely basis.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Criteria and Requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Finance or related;</li><li>Partly qualified ACCA / ACA (progress towards qualification is essential);</li><li>1-3 years of recent audit experience in an audit firm;</li><li>Knowledge of Caseware Audit International;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of IFRSs;</li><li>Good knowledge of Cyprus Taxation principles;</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office.&nbsp;</li></ul>Skills and Knowledge:<ul><li>Computer literacy;</li><li>Strong communication and organization skills;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>Time-management skills;</li><li>Professional judgment;</li><li>Ability to deliver results and tasks in a timely manner;</li><li>Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration and Benefits:<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package with 13th salary will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience;</li><li>Friday afternoon off;</li><li>Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00 - 17.00, Friday: 8.00 13.00.</li></ul>
