Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reviewing requisitions of spares submitted by vessels</li><li>Issuing requisitions for spares from office side</li><li>Update and input items/parts in machineries in the system for the Fleet.</li><li>Sending out inquiries for quotations to various suppliers.</li><li>Analysing quotations and submitting evaluations to the technical/purchasing manager.</li><li>Placing orders and arranging the safe and economical delivery of requested items to respective vessels at convenient ports.</li><li>Evaluating supplier offers based on performance, pricing, quality, payment terms, and previous cooperation.</li><li>Arranging shipments word wide for the whole fleet as needed</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations</li><li>Knowledge of international logistics and port operations</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good negotiation and relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li></ul>
