(6244/ACM/ESS/CY)Role overview:&nbsp;In this role, you will support the Commercial team in achieving revenue targets, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the execution of the overall commercial strategy. You will be involved in a wide range of commercial activities including account management, contract support, market analysis, reporting, and budgeting.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;Commercial Strategy Support·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the development and execution of commercial plans and targets·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to achieving financial and business performance objectives&nbsp;Account Management·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support customer relationship management with local and international clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in contract optimisation and alignment with business objectives·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Help resolve customer issues and claims&nbsp;Commercial Contracts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in preparing commercial offers, pricing, and contract terms·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support negotiations and execution of sales contracts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery&nbsp;Commercial Performance &amp; Reporting·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor performance against targets and identify gaps·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support preparation of commercial reports and updates·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in implementing corrective actions when required&nbsp;Market Analysis·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide insights on market developments and opportunities&nbsp;Budgeting &amp; Planning·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support annual budgeting and planning processes·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor performance against budget and highlight variances·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to achieving departmental goals&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills</li><li>Business-oriented and results-driven mindset</li><li>Excellent organisational and project management abilities</li><li>High level of professionalism and integrity</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Strong team player with cultural awareness</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:A competitive remuneration package along with a strong performance-based bonus structure.
