Regulatory Compliance &amp; AML Officer&nbsp;About the role&nbsp;We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance &amp; AML Officer to join our Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) in Nicosia, Cyprus. The successful candidate will support the Company's regulatory compliance and AML/CFT framework and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The Company offers a dynamic and young working environment with opportunities for professional growth and continuous development.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, CySEC directives, and internal policies and procedures.</li><li>Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and assist in identifying regulatory risks.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and responses to competent authorities.</li><li>Review and update policies, procedures, and regulatory registers.</li><li>Provide compliance guidance and support to business units.</li><li>Being the direct point of contact with the Regulator.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance training initiatives.</li></ul>Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT)<ul><li>Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring procedures.</li><li>Review KYC documentation and conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.</li><li>Monitor transactions and investigate unusual or suspicious activities.</li><li>Maintain AML records and conduct periodic client reviews.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of AML reports and risk assessments.</li><li>Support the implementation and periodic review of AML policies and procedures and deliver AML training to staff.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance and AML role within a CIF or other regulated financial institution.</li><li>Good knowledge of CySEC regulations, MiFID II, and AML/CFT requirements.</li><li>CySEC Advanced Certificate and/or AML certifications will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek language.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits&nbsp;An attractive remuneration package based on experience will be offered to the right candidate, including:<ul><li>&nbsp;Bonus Scheme that reflects firm &amp; individual performance</li><li>22 days of Annual Leave</li><li>One half day per week</li><li>36.5 hours per week</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Continuous professional development</li></ul>&nbsp;Nondiscrimination statement&nbsp;We are an equal opportunities employer.
