Here’s what you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Lead, manage, and develop the Business Development team across regions</li><li>Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for all team members</li><li>Monitor pipeline activity, conversion rates, and overall team performance</li><li>Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure delivery of revenue targets</li><li>Execute the commercial strategy defined by the CCO across all markets</li><li>Ensure effective pipeline management from lead generation to contract closure</li><li>Oversee preparation of proposals, tenders, and commercial documentation</li><li>Support negotiations and closing of key strategic deals</li><li>Oversee acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts</li><li>Ensure strong relationship management across key clients</li><li>Support BD team in high-value or strategic client interactions</li><li>Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery</li><li>Oversee marketing activities to ensure alignment with business development goals</li><li>Ensure campaigns directly support lead generation and pipeline growth</li><li>Oversee market research and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities</li><li>Monitor market trends, competition, and client needs</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations,&nbsp;as well as ensure structured reporting to the CCO</li><li>Own and monitor the full business development pipeline</li><li>Track performance metrics including lead generation, conversion rates, revenue contribution</li><li>Support expansion in new regions and markets</li><li>Undertake any additional responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned, in line with the scope of the role.</li></ul>You need these qualifications:<ul><li>Fluent in English (written and verbal)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related field</li><li>Proven experience in a similar role, managing BD / sales teams</li><li>Strong track record in delivering revenue growth</li><li>Experience in international markets</li><li>&nbsp;Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>Excellent commercial and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong pipeline and performance management capability</li><li>Strategic thinking with strong execution focus</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Willingness to travel</li></ul>It would be nice if:<ul><li>You have previous experience in maritime, and/or catering services sector.</li><li>Experience working with multinational or cross-cultural teams.</li><li>Previous exposure to international events, conferences, or high-level networking environments.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Attractive salary with a 13th salary.</li><li>Annual performance-based bonus.</li><li>Provident Fund Plan.</li><li>Financial Relief Program.</li><li>Hybrid and flexible working arrangements after initial training.</li><li>A modern workspace with fantastic conditions, including an in-house entertainment space.</li><li>Continuous learning and development opportunities.</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team outings, corporate events, inter-company hobby teams, and team-building activities.</li><li>Wellness initiatives such as yoga classes, massage therapy sessions, discounted gym memberships,and in-house nutritionist.</li><li>MCTC Benefit Card: including discounted prices at selected restaurants and rotisseries, discounted summer school, and many more benefits to be added.</li><li>Enjoy a shorter workday on Fridays, leaving more time for relaxation.</li><li>Fun, friendly, and talented colleagues from around the world.</li><li>Generous leave policy: Start with 21 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 4 years, plus 2 additional paid company holidays per year.</li></ul>
