Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead and perform audits for multiple clients across various industries (e.g. investment, finance, trading) in line with ISA, IFRS, and Companies Law</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations in accordance with IFRS and Cyprus tax legislation</li><li>Review audit work of junior staff, ensuring quality control and compliance before Senior Manager review</li><li>Assist in staff allocation, budget planning, and tracking audit engagement progress</li><li>Maintain direct communication with clients and internal departments to collect information and address ongoing matters</li><li>Monitor daily work status and report regularly to the Senior Audit Manager</li><li>Support, train, and guide junior team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment</li><li>Attend client meetings and ensure audit deliverables align with client expectations</li><li>Perform other audit-related duties as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:<ul><li>ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in Accounting (IT-related degree is a plus) and a strong academic record</li><li>Over 5 years of audit firm experience, including at least 3 years post-qualification</li><li>Solid knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, Cyprus tax, and CaseWare</li><li>Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with high attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus</li><li>IT literate and capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;An What will SPL offer you?<ul><li>A competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Full coverage of ACCA/ACA qualification expenses</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li><li>Wednesday &amp; Friday afternoons off</li><li>Free parking facilities</li><li>Participation in the SPLlive initiative, a unique programme designed to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and benefits</li><li>Three days of paid sick leave per year</li><li>Exposure to a dynamic and collaborative professional environment</li><li>Training programmes supporting both personal and professional development, fully funded by the company</li><li>Mentorship from experienced professionals.</li></ul>&nbsp;
