Epaminondou &amp; Co. is seeking to recruit a Corporate Compliance Officer to join its Corporate Compliance Department.The successful candidate will assist the Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO) with the firm’s AML obligations, internal compliance procedures, client due diligence processes, transaction monitoring, and corporate administration matters.&nbsp;Main Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>The role will include, among others:</li><li>Assisting the MLCO in fulfilling the firm’s AML/CFT obligations and internal compliance procedures.</li><li>Evaluating KYC documentation for potential and existing clients and properly filing the findings.</li><li>Performing AML risk assessment procedures using specialised compliance software.</li><li>Conducting transaction monitoring and escalating unusual or suspicious activity where appropriate.</li><li>Preparing client economic profiles, source of funds, and source of wealth evaluations.</li><li>Applying judgement and critical thinking in client evaluation and risk assessment scenarios.</li><li>Reporting relevant compliance matters to the MLCO.</li><li>Supporting the implementation of quality controls over compliance processes in line with ISQM 1.</li><li>Updating office staff on the firm’s AML procedures in accordance with applicable laws and ICPAC guidance.</li><li>Assisting with corporate filings and obligations before the Registrar of Companies.</li><li>Supervising corporate administration procedures and ensuring proper maintenance of corporate records.</li><li>Preparing and supporting reporting obligations to ICPAC.</li><li>Ensuring that client acceptance, due diligence, beneficial ownership checks, and contractual requirements are handled in line with applicable AML and corporate administration standards.</li></ul>

Main Duties:

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Law, or another related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate compliance services and procedures.</li><li>Good knowledge of AML/KYC procedures, client risk assessments, and corporate administration.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of professionalism, confidence, and discretion.</li><li>Strong customer relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and remotely when required.</li><li>Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail.</li></ul>
