Job Title: Marketing Assistant&nbsp;Department: MarketingReports To: Marketing Manager &nbsp;Job Profile:Ararat – The Signature Collection is seeking a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department in executing marketing activities across Ararat Restaurant, Cloud9 Restaurant, and Ararat Wellness Zone. The role involves supporting social media management, content coordination, marketing campaigns, community engagement, reporting, and administrative marketing functions, ensuring consistent brand communication and an exceptional digital presence across all platforms.&nbsp;Job Description:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities and campaigns across all business units.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate content calendars and schedule approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support social media campaigns relating to Signature Days, guest chef events, menu launches, wellness promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate content requirements with external photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Escalate guest complaints, reputational concerns, or sensitive matters to the Marketing Manager when required.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain organised digital archives of photos, videos, marketing materials, brand assets, and campaign content.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare weekly marketing updates and basic monthly performance reports, including content performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist with marketing administration, scheduling, document preparation, information gathering, and project coordination.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the implementation of new marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and business growth.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure all communications reflect the luxury positioning, standards, and values of Ararat – The Signature Collection.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Person Specification:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in marketing, social media coordination, hospitality, restaurants, wellness, events, lifestyle brands, or premium consumer brands will be considered an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to coordinate photo and video content production with external content creators and suppliers.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding captions, pricing, dates, menus, event information, and promotional content.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good visual awareness and understanding of luxury brand communication.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external partners.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and social media management tools.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Based in Limassol or able to work regularly from Limassol.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of graphic design tools or content management systems will be considered an advantage.&nbsp;Work Environment/Conditions:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dynamic and fast-paced luxury hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Exposure to restaurants, wellness, lifestyle, events, and premium guest experiences.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, operational teams, and external content creators.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional environment focused on innovation, creativity, excellence, and continuous development.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Full-time position based in Limassol, Cyprus.
