Accounting / Bookkeeping

The candidate must reside in Limassol, and have Cyprus work permit.&nbsp;Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting functions. Your main duties will include:<ul><li>Recording transactions in the accounting system.</li><li>Accounts reconciliation – Banks, Processors, Customers and Suppliers.</li><li>Regular liaison with external and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Assistance in preparation of management reports on monthly basis.</li><li>Other ad-hoc duties and tasks.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>2+ years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Proficient in English and Greek verbal and written.</li><li>Analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to details.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.&nbsp;</li></ul>Company Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based bonus scheme.</li><li>Full-time contract with stable and timely salary payment.</li><li>Supportive, international, and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Clear structure and processes to avoid overtime.&nbsp;</li></ul>Remuneration:Depending on qualification and experience.

Main duties and responsibilities: <ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Bookkeeping and accounting for a wide number of clients simultaneously </li><li>Preparation and submission of VAT / VIES and OSS declarations </li><li>Preparation of files for audit purpose </li><li>Liaising with clients and auditors </li><li>Other related duties </li></ul>Required qualification and experience: <ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>3+ years of recent experience in accounting (work experience at the fiduciary firm will be considered as an advantage) </li><li>Fluent in English verbal and written (Russian will be considered as an advantage) </li><li>Knowledge of MS office tools (Excel and Word) </li><li>Knowledge of Intelisoft will be considered as an advantage </li></ul>Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00 – 18.00 (or similar) with an hour lunch break.
