We are seeking to recruit full-time Early Years Practitioners (for ages 0-2) to join our growing team at PASCAL Nursery and Kindergarten, Lemesos Hills, as we embark on an exciting new chapter with the opening of our new setting in September 2026.&nbsp;About us&nbsp;PASCAL International Education is a leading private education group with campuses in Lefkosia, Larnaka, and Lemesos, Cyprus. At PASCAL, we offer a complete educational journey from Nursery through to graduation from our six-year Secondary Schools.PASCAL International Education is a member of Globeducate, one of the world’s leading K-12 education groups, connecting over 40,000 students across 11 countries through more than 65 premium bilingual and international schools, as well as online programmes.&nbsp;Requirements• Ensure the safety, wellbeing and supervision of children at all times.&nbsp;• Provide high-quality care that meets the individual needs of each child.&nbsp;• Build warm, positive and trusting relationships to promote secure attachments.&nbsp;• Support children's emotional, social and physical development.&nbsp;• Assist children with personal care routines, including toileting, nappy changing, handwashing and mealtimes, where required.&nbsp;• Establish consistent routines that promote healthy habits, independence and self-help skills.&nbsp;• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences and opportunities.&nbsp;• Support children's language, communication and early literacy development through meaningful interactions.&nbsp;• Observe, monitor and record children's progress and developmental milestones.&nbsp;• Identify any concerns regarding children's development and communicate them appropriately.&nbsp;• Work with teachers and school management team to implement support strategies when required.&nbsp;• Develop positive partnerships with parents/guardians and communicate regularly regarding children's wellbeing, development and any educational, social or behavioural concerns.&nbsp;• Adhere to all school policies, procedures and practices, including health and safety, safeguarding, equal opportunities and data protection.&nbsp;• Promote the school in a positive light within the wider community.&nbsp;• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the school management.&nbsp;Minimum qualifications• Recognised Certificate, Diploma or Degree from a higher education institution in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Child Development or a related field.• Excellent command of the English language and fluency in Greek are essential.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Previous experience working with children aged 0-2 or 2-3 would be an advantage.&nbsp;&nbsp;Safeguarding Statement:Pascal Lemesos Hills Campus is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff and volunteers to understand and share this commitment.
