Leonardo Hotels &amp; Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking to recruit a Cook for Leonardo Laura Beach &amp; Splash Resort.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, health, and safety within the workplace.</li><li>Replace the immediate superior cook during absences when required.</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any questions, suggestions, or concerns.</li><li>Prepare the mise en place for the assigned section and carefully review the daily menu to ensure proper execution.</li><li>Inform supervisors of any shortages or supply issues within the department.</li><li>Assist in other kitchen sections when workload permits and support colleagues during busy periods or emergencies.</li><li>Be capable of working across all kitchen stations and possess knowledge of all menu and buffet recipes.</li><li>Operate large-scale kitchen equipment, including grills, deep fryers, ovens, salamanders, and other cooking appliances.</li><li>Read food order tickets and prepare meals according to specifications.</li><li>Weigh, measure, mix, season, and cook ingredients according to recipes and established standards to ensure quality and consistency.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Food Production from a recognized Hotel School or previous experience in a similar position.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Health &amp; Safety regulations and Food Hygiene standards.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li></ul>If you are passionate about culinary excellence and would like to become part of our team, we would be delighted to receive your CV through <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=02E48877-4869-4FEC-B4E3-DFCAB5481FB1&amp;v=VAC0030&amp;applynow=true">direct application.</a>
