Our client is part of an internationally recognized fashion brand offering clothing, accessories, footwear, and more, operating within a well-established retail chain. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Store Manager.Benefits<ul><li>Working Hours: 40 hours per week (5-6 days per week, including weekends – Rotation Shifts)</li><li>Attractive salary package plus bonus</li><li>Opportunity to work within an internationally recognized fashion retail brand</li><li>Dynamic and fast-paced working environment</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Drive and maximize store sales performance</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the store team</li><li>Prepare and manage fair and efficient staff schedules</li><li>Ensure compliance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines</li><li>Oversee inventory and stock control processes</li><li>Lead by example in all aspects of store operations</li><li>The Store Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of retail management experience</li><li>At least 5 years of overall retail industry experience</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>KPI-driven mindset with knowledge of retail metrics (UPT, conversion rate, average basket value)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation</li><li>Strong communication skills in Greek and English</li></ul>Note: Thank you for taking the time to apply.
