The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the Italian Restaurant, ensuring high service standards, supervising staff, assisting with cost control, and enhancing guest satisfaction.&nbsp;Qualifications Required:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within 4- or 5-star hotels or high-standard Restaurants</li><li>Sommelier certification or a similar qualification will be considered an advantage</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Self-motivated, punctual, energetic, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays</li><li>Due to work permit restrictions, candidates must hold the relevant documentation to work in Cyprus</li></ul>&nbsp;Duties:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with company standards</li><li>Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance</li><li>Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and promptly addressing guest feedback and complaints</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations at all times</li><li>Assist with staff scheduling, stock control, and inventory management</li><li>Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and special events for the Restaurant</li><li>Support Management in achieving revenue targets and controlling costs</li></ul>&nbsp;A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salary, health insurance options, meals, internal company special offers, permanent employment with career growth opportunities, provident fund after the completion of the probation period, secured staff parking (underground) and other benefits.
