About the RoleDo you want to be part of a creative team in a dynamic, growing company? DIMCO LTD is looking for E-Commerce &amp; Marketing Officer to join our team.&nbsp;What You’ll Be Owning:<ul><li>Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring website functionality, content updates, optimal user experience, and overall performance.</li><li>Oversee the complete online order process, including order management, invoicing, quotations, credit notes, shipment coordination, returns handling, and communication with stores and warehouses.</li><li>Provide excellent customer support through email, website inquiries, social media platforms, and telephone communication.</li><li>Manage product data through SAP Business One (SAP B1), including product creation, maintenance, pricing, inventory updates, reporting, and synchronization with the company’s e-commerce platform.</li><li>Support and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, including online campaigns, promotions, social media activities, and e-commerce initiatives.</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize promotional activities, discount campaigns, coupon codes, and related e-commerce processes.</li><li>Research and implement new e-commerce tools, trends, and best practices to improve website performance, user experience, and online sales.</li><li>Contribute to the planning and development of marketing campaigns through research, analysis, and brainstorming sessions.</li><li>Coordinate the production of promotional materials, customer gifts, business cards, packaging requirements, and other marketing-related projects.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Ideal Profile:<ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce operations, website management, and online sales processes.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</li><li>Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Will be considered an advantage:<ul><li>Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP.</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Shopware.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and newsletter creation.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing environments.</li></ul>&nbsp;What You’ll Get at DIMCO<ul><li>38-hour work week Monday to Friday with one afternoon off per week</li><li>13th salary&nbsp;</li><li>Performance bonus</li><li>5 paid sick leave days</li><li>Birthday leave</li><li>Extra paid maternity &amp; paternity leave</li><li>Access to the corporate benefits platform (discounts on dining, gyms, retail, etc.)</li><li>Exclusive staff discounts on our products –&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous learning opportunities – through the DIMCO Knowledge Academy</li><li>Personalized career development – with our Training &amp; Career Advancement Program, tailored for you</li></ul>
