If you are committed to excellence and want to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of the construction industry, we want to hear from you!&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Position: Quantity Surveyor&nbsp;Role and Responsibilities&nbsp;The successful Quantity Surveyor will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Managing Director&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;Senior Quantity Surveyors.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Quantity Surveyor will&nbsp;be&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;a wide variety of interesting schemes across sectors including Commercial, Education,&nbsp;Hospitality and&nbsp;Residential projects.&nbsp;<ul><li>Support in Project Initialization, Procurement Strategies and Business Mechanisms&nbsp; </li><li>Measure quantities and&nbsp;prepare&nbsp;Bill of Quantities </li><li>Preparation of&nbsp;Cost Plans </li><li>Value Engineering </li><li>Preparation of Tender Documentation&nbsp;and Tender Action </li><li>Prepare Report on Tenders reports </li><li>Assist&nbsp;in Contract Preparation </li><li>Assist&nbsp;in preparation of monthly Valuations</li><li>Preparation of Variations </li><li>Assist&nbsp;in the preparation of Final Accounts and Cost Reconciliation&nbsp;reports </li><li>Liaise with&nbsp;Clients and&nbsp;the&nbsp;Project Team.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;The Quantity Surveyor&nbsp;<ul><li>A Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering&nbsp;or related University Degree. </li><li>Fluent in Greek and English both written and oral. </li><li>Excellent computer and MS Office skills. </li><li>Keen to develop career.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;In return?&nbsp;<ul><li>Young and dynamic working environment&nbsp;with modern offices&nbsp;in the&nbsp;center&nbsp;of Nicosia. </li><li>Rapid growing company with strong career potential for the selected candidate.&nbsp; </li><li>A&nbsp;very attractive and competitive&nbsp;remuneration&nbsp;package will be given to the selected candidate including 13th salary, performance&nbsp;bonus&nbsp;and pension scheme.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;
