Harnessing the “can-do” and “project-led” approach of our People, together with state-of-the-art technology and optimisation systems, at Columbia Group we bring you, our partners, considerable added-value, synergies and dynamic energy.&nbsp;As our team expanding, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant Crew Accounts in Limassol, Cyprus.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Entering the crew travelling expenses in CAPE and other related crew credits and debits.</li><li>Preparing the final wages to be sent on-board.</li><li>Preparing crew payments.</li><li>Checking the slopchest and cash account.</li><li>Providing the vessel’s monthly Wages expenses to the accounts dep with relevant memos.</li><li>Communicating with Crewing agents regarding balances of wage, leave, retirement fund payments.</li><li>Reconciling the allotments of PHI crew.</li><li>Undertaking special tasks and projects that might be assigned by the Accounts &amp; Administration Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Good accounting knowledge with a focus on higher or intermediary level in Accounting bookkeeping, preferably holding an LCCI qualification.</li><li>Good knowledge in&nbsp;Adonis payroll system&nbsp;will be consider as an advantage;</li><li>Prior experience in a role that involved responsibilities related to financial reporting and payment execution.</li><li>Proven track record of handling the execution of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software and tools to efficiently manage financial transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance in financial activities.</li><li>Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies in financial records and transactions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Why Columbia Group?<ul><li>Flexible Working Hours</li><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Stability / Job Security</li><li>Career Development</li></ul>&nbsp;
