AML, Compliance and Risk Management

Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as AML &amp; Compliance Officer (AMLCO), subject to regulatory approval where applicable.</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with relevant regulatory authorities.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and compliance reports.</li><li>Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements.</li><li>Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and internal reviews.</li><li>Investigate suspicious activities and ensure compliance with AML/CFT obligations.</li><li>Perform KYC/KYB reviews, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.</li><li>Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance projects.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>CySEC Advanced Certification (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of Compliance and/or AML experience within a CySEC-regulated entity.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CySEC regulations and AML/CFT requirements.</li><li>Experience within CFD, FX, FinTech, Digital Assets, Crypto, or other regulated financial services environments will be highly advantageous.</li><li>Experience with compliance and transaction monitoring systems.</li><li>Familiarity with MiCA and digital asset regulatory developments is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>13th month salary</li><li>21 working days annual leave</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Company-sponsored professional training and development</li><li>Collaborative and international working environment</li></ul>
