Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage administrative procedures related to real estate transactions and property matters.</li><li>Assist with the preparation, review, and organisation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation.</li><li>Liaise with clients, government authorities, Land Registry Offices, banks, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain and update client files, records, and databases.</li><li>Conduct property-related searches and assist with due diligence procedures.</li><li>Provide administrative support to Polish-speaking clients throughout the property transaction process.</li><li>Support the Real Estate Department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Property Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Experience in handling legal, property, or conveyancing documentation will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and responsibility.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>13th Salary.</li><li>Continuous education and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment.</li><li>Pension Fund.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested applicants are invited to send their CV to <a href="mailto:careers@lawllt.com">careers@lawllt.com</a>, quoting "Polish-Speaking Real Estate Administrator" in the subject line.All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
