Visit our&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://supernova-consulting.com/">website&nbsp;</a>to explore our innovative solutions and see how we’re transforming businesses&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.supernova-consulting.com/">here</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting a&nbsp;Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant - Finance&nbsp;to join our dynamic team.&nbsp;Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant - Finance&nbsp;The Senior Solution Consultant is a seasoned SAP S/HANA Cloud professional who independently leads end-to-end delivery of SAP Cloud Financial Management &amp; Operations solutions across the full project lifecycle — from blueprinting and configuration through testing, training, data migration, and go-live.The role acts as the primary functional owner of complex workstreams, provides functional mentorship to Associate and Junior consultants, and collaborates closely with the Team Leader on presales activities, scope definition, and client engagement.This position bridges hands-on delivery and team leadership, with the expectation of growing toward a leadership role, while driving solution quality and continuous improvement of internal delivery standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support presales activities for SAP S/HANA Cloud solutions, including client discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and effort estimations for quotations.</li><li>Act as trusted functional advisor to clients, leading or co-facilitating workshops to assess business processes, capture requirements, and propose SAP configurations.</li><li>Prepare Scope of Work (SoW) documentation defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, along with effort and cost estimations.</li><li>Lead blueprinting for assigned functional areas, mapping business requirements to SAP configuration options, documenting process flows and design specs, and validating designs with clients.</li><li>Independently own and deliver configuration of SAP Cloud modules (GL, A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, Controlling) in line with best practices.</li><li>Lead internal testing and quality assurance, defining testing standards, and lead Sprint Sessions with clients to present, validate, and gather feedback on configurations.</li><li>Plan, prepare, and deliver key user training and materials; review and validate training content prepared by junior team members.</li><li>Prepare UAT scenarios and test scripts, lead or support clients through UAT execution, and provide sign-off recommendations to the Team Leader.</li><li>Independently plan, lead, and execute master and transactional data migration, including validation and reconciliation.</li><li>Lead go-live and post-go-live stabilization activities, confirming readiness and resolving issues to ensure business continuity.</li><li>Analyze and assess client change/enhancement requests, propose configuration-based solutions with effort estimates, and lead implementation upon approval.</li><li>Manage Jira tickets for assigned projects, support Associate and Junior consultants on resolution and functional queries, and provide regular progress updates.</li><li>Complete personal timesheets and monthly OSA reports; review and validate entries of junior team members where delegated.</li><li>Provide day-to-day mentoring and functional guidance to Associate and Junior consultants, reviewing their deliverables.</li><li>Lead or contribute to internal projects related to systems improvement, digital transformation, or SAP solution enhancement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with confidentiality, information security, and GDPR policies.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>13th Salary&nbsp;</li><li>Provident Fund &amp; Medical Fund&nbsp;</li><li>Performance Bonus Scheme&nbsp;</li><li>Hybrid Working Model for a balanced work-life experience&nbsp;</li><li>Half-day Fridays to kickstart your weekend early&nbsp;</li><li>Learning opportunities from top industry experts&nbsp;</li><li>Competitive remuneration package&nbsp;</li><li>A fun, entrepreneurial, and creative environment&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://career5.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=1262&amp;company=C0004082754P">Apply now! &nbsp;</a>&nbsp;This is a full-time employment position and offers a competitive remuneration package with opportunities for advancement and development.&nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please submit your CV and cover letter here and let us explore working together!&nbsp;
