We invest in talented, passionate, and driven individuals with the vision and energy to achieve great things.&nbsp;🌐&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.supernova-consulting.com/">www.supernova-consulting.com</a>&nbsp;We're looking for an experienced SAP Practice Manager to own delivery quality, client relationships, and technical direction across our portfolio of enterprise SAP technology projects.&nbsp;This is a customer-facing, hands-on leadership role — you'll sit in front of C-level client stakeholders and steering committees while staying close enough to the technical detail to guide architecture decisions, unblock delivery issues, and hold your team to a high standard.&nbsp;You'll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the incoming COO, taking ownership of day-to-day project delivery so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as primary client-facing lead on major SAP technology projects, including SAP Cloud ERP, SuccessFactors, Analytics, BTP, Artificial Intelligence &amp; Automation.</li><li>Own delivery quality, timelines, and staffing allocation across concurrent, multi-country engagements</li><li>Provide senior technical guidance on architecture, configuration, and integration decisions</li><li>Manage escalations — both client-side and internal — before they require MD involvement</li><li>Represent Supernova in steering committees, status calls, and executive-level client meetings</li><li>Mentor and develop consulting staff; identify and close skill gaps within delivery teams</li><li>Partner with the COO on resourcing, project governance, and methodology</li><li>Support commercial activities: scoping, proposal input, and pre-sales technical credibility</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>8+ years in SAP consulting/delivery, including senior functional or technical ownership of enterprise SAP projects – SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred</li><li>Proven track record managing enterprise clients directly — comfortable owning executive relationships, not just internal delivery</li><li>Strong technical grounding across at least two SAP modules/products (e.g., S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors, BTP, Analytics Cloud, SAP AI)</li><li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional consulting teams</li><li>Willingness to travel across the region as project needs require</li><li>Excellent English communication skills; Greek a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary (€75,000–€95,000, commensurate with experience) plus performance-linked bonus</li><li>Direct reporting line to the Managing Director, with a clear path into senior leadership as the firm scales its managed services practice</li><li>Exposure to flagship regional projects across fintech, energy, shipping, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors</li><li>Cyprus's favorable tax regime, including the 50% non-domicile income tax exemption for qualifying earners above €55,000/year [subject to eligibility]</li></ul><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://career5.successfactors.eu/sfcareer/jobreqcareer?jobId=1264&amp;company=C0004082754P">Apply now!</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;Please submit your CV and cover letter here and let us explore working together!
