Client Funding AdministratorOur client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Client Funding Administrator to join its growing team.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain detailed records and prepare relevant reports relating to client funds and transactions</li><li>Process deposits, promotions, internal transfers, and withdrawal requests in accordance with company procedures</li><li>Update daily FX rates and accurately enter them into the system</li><li>Process incoming transactions in line with company regulations and operational requirements</li><li>Assist clients with requests to participate in promotional campaigns offered by the company</li><li>Review and process client funding requests in accordance with company policies, terms, and conditions</li><li>Monitor and investigate transaction failures and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution</li><li>Verify credit card transactions based on daily settlement reports</li><li>Conduct bank transfer reconciliations and daily statement analysis</li><li>Work closely with payment providers and follow their procedures and policies to ensure successful transaction processing</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing and presenting reports</li><li>Good command of the English language, both written and spoken</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure</li><li>Experience with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology will be considered an advantage</li><li>Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00)</li><li>Weekends on rotation (08:00 - 17:00)</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>21 days annual leave &amp; 5 days sick leave</li><li>Learning &amp; certification budget</li><li>Employee recognition rewards</li><li>Quarterly team events</li><li>Team coffee and snacks</li></ul>To apply follow this link: <a href="https://lscareerstudio.careers-page.com/jobs/aa1159a8-e649-41f9-b8b2-d25aa5d5a3af">https://lscareerstudio.careers-page.com/jobs/aa1159a8-e649-41f9-b8b2-d25aa5d5a3af</a>
